"Golpes" is a publication by photographer Alexis Díaz Belmar that contains 28 photographs of the bullet marks left from the shots fired during the 1973 coup d'état that are still visible on buildings near La Moneda Palace, almost 50 years after the event. The photographer worked between 2018 and 2022, searching for these evidences in the downtown area of Santiago. He explored various streets and found several institutional buildings and residences that still bear these scars, including the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Entel Tower, the Central Bank, the Bank of Chile, and Paseo Bulnes, among others.
