Sagastizábal, Tulio

Born in Posadas, Misiones, in 1948, he studied with Alejandro Vainstein (1974), Luis Felipe Noé (1975) and Roberto Páez (1979/1982) at their respective studios, and received a scholarship from Fundación Antorchas to participate in Guillermo Kuitca’s studio (1991-1992). He has been exhibiting in solo shows since 1987, and his work rarely extends beyond the field of painting. He has been an educator since 1994. He lives and works in Buenos Aires.
