Al Mundy, Fabi

(Argentina 1965)

Photographer, artist and novelist, Al Mundy (a pseudonym inspired by the main character in the drama series It Takes a Thief) worked for several years in a photo lab where he copied his clients’ personal photos. He used these to create a collection of images that he worked on by altering them with new frames, intervening and transforming them into a unique artistic expression: Strass y purpurina (Rhinestones and glitter).
