Bezerra, Ricardo

(Chile 1941-2016)

A painter and poet, Bezerra spent the period from 1977 to 1989 in Florence, Brussels and Paris, accumulating a profound knowledge of European art while experimenting with photography and painting. On a subsequent trip to the United States, he discovered modern art, pop art and abstract expressionism.
